Balkan soul mix

The Balkan mixed feast is designed for larger groups of specific eaters - both friends and family. This time, we have tried to arrange a variety of delicacies on the table, so that everyone can find their ultimate favourite. This year's picnic line-up is headlined by our most bakery-oriented products: smoked tempeh, smoked tofu, Chiko classic, Buck classic or Buck picante.


INGREDIENTS

Kimchi

Grill mix: Smoked Tempeh, Smoked Tofu, Chiko Classic, Buck Classic or Buck picante

Mayo

Cabbage

Zucchini

Asparagus

Red peppers

Beech oyster mushroom


METHOD

Cut the tempeh into strips and soak in the beetroot juice. Cut the cabbage, zucchini, asparagus and red peppers into cm-thick slices. Cut the beech oyster mushrooms into the desired size. Cut Chiko and Buck into the desired strips or discs, and the marinated Tempeh in the beetroot juice into the thickness of 'ćevapi'.
