Description

Tempeh is a mixture of cooked soybeans and snow-white Rhizopus Oligosporus mycelia, which is even easier to digest, more nutritious and therefore healthier because of the fermentation process. 

Ingredients

Soy*, water, apple cider vinegar*, natural beechwood smoke, starter culture (*from organic production)

Allergens: Soya beans, possible traces of gluten, lupine, sesame, mustard and celery.

Average nutritional value per 100g: Energy value 983kJ/235 kcal, fat 14g, of which saturated fat 2g, carbohydrates 9g, of which sugars 0.2g, dietary fiber 3g, protein 18g, salt 0.1g

Usage

Quickly fry it in a pan with soy sauce. It is suitable for Asian dishes, steaks, sandwiches, salad bowls, risottos or casseroles.



Best before

The expiration date is indicated on the product. This product is pasteurized. Store in the refrigerator at a temperature of up to +7°C. Use after opening within a week.
