Kimchi is a fermented vegetable and is considered one of the healthiest dishes in the world. It originates from Korea.
It is popular because of its content of beneficial bacteria that have a beneficial effect on our digestion and, of course, its umami taste.
We have domesticated the wild culture at Grashka's headquarters and now keep it carefully stored in kimchi barrels. To further regionalise the Korean version of kimchi, we have added local vegetables, spices and our own domesticated cultures.
