We domesticated the wild culture at the Grashka headquarters and now carefully store it in kimchi barrels. In order to regionalize the Korean version of kimchi even more, we added local vegetables, spices and our cultures. It is packed with Chinese cabbage, carrots, and spring onions, with added garlic, sweet pepper, chili and non-iodized salt.
It contains large amounts of vitamin C and A, an extremely low number of calories and a lot of health-friendly bacteria that have a beneficial effect on our digestion.
