Ingredients: chickpea cream (min 50%) (water, chickpeas (min 17%), sunflower oil, iodised salt), WHITE WHEAT flour, water, sunflower oil, corn starch, iodised salt, flour treatment agent: E 920*.

Average nutritional value per 100g: Energy 476 kJ / 114 kcal, fat 5.0g, of which saturates 21.4g, carbohydrate 0.9g, of which sugars 16.3, dietary fibre 0.3g, protein 1.7g, salt 0.3g.

Bake the burek in the oven for 30-35 min at 190-200°C on the existing baking trays or on baking paper. It will give a delicious crispy treat when it is golden brown.

The product should be stored in a freezer at -18 °C. Do not refreeze after thawing. Useful at least until the date marked on the back of the package.
