This is where the inspiration comes from, the smell of grated horseradish, the taste of smoked oyster mushroom and the freshness of white onions. We were also delighted to invite our Mediterranean brothers to the table, with Umbrian chickpea flour in batter and capers as salty as the sea.

Wheat flour 31%, water, BEAN fermented borlotti bean spread 20% (water, rapeseed oil 17.8%, borlotti beans, mustard seeds, horseradish, garlic, salt, lactic acid bacteria), onion, marinated dehydrated oyster mushroom OYSTER JERKY 6% (oyster mushroom 61%, apple juice, apple cider vinegar, chilli, smoke flavouring, coriander, pepper, brown sugar, garlic, iodised salt, sunflower oil, tamari sauce (water, soya, salt)), chickpea flour, capers, sunflower oil, cornflour, sugar, yeast, salt.     

Allergens: Gluten, mustard seed, possible traces of lupin, sesame and celery.

Defrost the pizza at room temperature for 40-60 minutes. Bake at 220 °C for 7 minutes.

The product should be stored in a freezer at -18 °C. Do not refreeze after thawing. Useful at least until the date marked on the back of the package.
