Tempeh is a mixture of cooked soybeans mixed with snow-white Rhizopus Oligosporus mycelia, which becomes even easier to digest, more nutritious and therefore healthier through fermentation. 

Tempeh is recommended for anyone who is active due to its high protein content. 

It is excellent boiled, baked, or fried. 

For a delicious marinade, use garlic, ginger, tamari sauce, vinegar, maple syrup and thyme, wait for the tempeh to caramelize well and enjoy it in dishes such as stews, salad bowls or add it to sandwiches and burgers.

Quickly fry it in a pan with soy sauce. It is suitable for Asian dishes, steaks, sandwiches, salad bowls, risottos or casseroles.

Best before

The expiration date is indicated on the product. This product is pasteurized. Store in a refrigerator at a temperature of up to +7°C. After opening, use within one week.
